International USPS shipments take 6–21 business days after we ship — not including customs hold time, which can add 1–3 weeks. Add this on top of our 7-business-day production window.
We accept returns within 30 days, but international return shipping is your cost — typically $20–60+ depending on origin country. We refund the product price but not the original or return shipping. Defective items follow our standard warranty.
Items will be declared accurately on the customs form (item description, value, country of origin). We don't mark packages as gifts or undervalue them — this is illegal and risks the shipment.
