By visiting webheadworkshop.com (the "Site") or placing an order with WebHead Workshop ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms or the Privacy Policy, please do not use the Site or place an order.
These Terms apply to all visitors, browsers, and customers. By placing an order you also confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to make the purchase.
WebHead Workshop is a small fan-run studio based in South Florida, United States. We design and manufacture 3D-printed products, including functional web shooters, custom pole vault tips, accessories, and digital STL files.
Every physical product is printed and assembled to order in our workshop. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any film studio, comic publisher, sports league, athletic equipment manufacturer, or any other rights holder. Our products are fan-made tributes designed and produced from original 3D models.
All physical products are made to order. When you place an order, we begin sourcing materials, slicing files, and printing your specific configuration. Production typically requires several business days before shipment. The estimated delivery range displayed at checkout reflects production time plus shipping time.
Placing an order through the Site constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, including for reasons such as suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory shortages, unavailability of components, or requests that violate these Terms. If we decline an order after payment, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.
Because each order is custom-printed, cancellations are only possible before production begins. If you need to cancel, contact us at [email protected] immediately. Once printing has started, cancellation is not available.
Order modifications (color changes, personalization updates, shipping address) may be possible before production begins. Contact us as soon as possible after placing the order.
Every functional product is tested before shipping. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion.
The following items are non-refundable except in cases of defect or damage:
Non-personalized physical products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, in original condition, at the buyer's expense. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the return. Original shipping costs are not refundable.
Email [email protected] with your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days. You can also start a support thread directly from your account at /account/orders.
Digital products (STL files) are delivered via secure download links sent to the email address provided at checkout. Links typically arrive within minutes of payment confirmation. Each guest download link is valid for 7 days from issue and allows up to 5 downloads. If you have a customer account, your purchased digital files are also available indefinitely from your downloads library at /account/downloads.
By purchasing a digital download, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to print and use the files for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not:
WebHead Workshop retains all copyright and design rights in the digital files. The license is for personal printing only.
Because of the nature of digital content, all sales of digital downloads are final and non-refundable once the download link has been accessed. If you experience technical problems downloading the file, contact us and we will assist.
When you submit personalization options (custom text, custom colors, uploaded images), you confirm that:
When you upload an image or provide custom content, you grant WebHead Workshop a limited license to use, reproduce, and incorporate that content solely to produce and fulfill your order. We do not use your uploaded content for marketing or any other purpose without your explicit consent.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any personalization request that we determine, at our sole discretion, to be infringing, offensive, illegal, or otherwise inappropriate. If we cancel an order for this reason, we will issue a full refund.
Customer accounts are optional. You can place orders as a guest. If you create an account, you gain access to:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password immediately and email us.
You may delete your account at any time from the Danger Zone section of your profile, or by emailing us. When you delete your account, we anonymize the account record and detach it from your order history. Order records themselves are retained as required for tax and business records — see our Privacy Policy for full retention details.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including but not limited to fraudulent orders, abuse of promo codes (see Section 8), harassment of staff, or attempts to access non-public areas of the Site.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). Prices, product availability, and shipping rates are subject to change without notice. The price applied to your order is the price displayed at the time of checkout.
We periodically run site-wide sales and per-product sales. Some sales are available to all customers; others are reserved for verified email subscribers. Subscriber pricing applies automatically at checkout when you are signed in with an account that has verified its email address and opted in to marketing emails.
Sale prices are valid for the time window posted at the time of the sale. We honor a brief grace period for sale prices already displayed in an active cart, so a sale ending mid-checkout will still apply to that order if completed promptly.
We offer promotional discount codes through advertising campaigns, marketing emails, and customer service gestures. The following rules apply to all promo codes:
Orders shipping to Florida addresses are subject to applicable Florida state and local sales tax. Orders to other U.S. states are not currently charged sales tax. Digital downloads are tax-exempt where applicable.
Payments are processed by Square, Inc. We do not store or have access to your full credit card information. By submitting payment, you authorize Square to charge your selected payment method for the order total.
If a payment is declined or reversed (including chargebacks initiated without first contacting us), we reserve the right to cancel the order and pursue any remedies available under applicable law.
Physical orders are shipped via USPS from South Florida. Shipping options (rates and estimated delivery times) are displayed at checkout based on your address and order weight/dimensions. Tracking numbers are included with all shipments.
Total time to receive an order = production time + shipping time. Both are estimates and may vary based on carrier delays, weather, or unexpected production issues.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for refund or replacement at our cost.
Once a package shows as delivered by USPS tracking, we are not responsible for theft or loss at the delivery address. If your package is marked delivered but you did not receive it, please:
At this time we ship within the United States only. International orders may be available in the future; contact us if you have a specific request.
When you place an order, create an account, request a password reset, or use customer support, we will send you transactional emails related to those actions (order confirmations, shipping notifications, support replies, account verification, etc.). These emails are required to fulfill your order and operate your account; they cannot be unsubscribed from while you have an active order or account with us.
If you opt in to marketing emails — typically by checking a box during account creation or by enabling the "Marketing emails" preference in your profile — we will send you periodic emails about new products, blog posts, promotions, and sales.
Every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe link at the bottom. You can also manage your marketing preferences from your account profile at any time. Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not affect transactional emails.
We do not send marketing text messages at this time. If we add SMS in the future, it will be opt-in only and these Terms will be updated.
Our Privacy Policy describes in detail what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and your rights under applicable law. The Privacy Policy is part of these Terms by reference, and by using the Site or placing an order you agree to its terms in addition to these Terms.
We use Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram), and Pinterest Pixel to measure ad effectiveness and to show our products to people likely to be interested. Under California law (CCPA/CPRA) and similar state laws (Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, Utah), this counts as "sharing" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising — even though we do not sell information for money.
You have the right to opt out of this sharing. See the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" section of our Privacy Policy for opt-out methods, including the Global Privacy Control browser signal, per-platform opt-outs, and emailing us.
The Site, our product designs, photographs, text, logos, and 3D files are owned by WebHead Workshop and protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
The 3D models displayed in our interactive product viewers are decimated, render-only versions of our designs. These viewer files are not suitable for 3D printing and may have intentionally broken tolerances. Attempting to extract, save, or reuse the viewer files violates these Terms.
Any references in product descriptions, blog content, or marketing materials to characters, films, athletic organizations, or branded products are for descriptive purposes only and do not imply affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement. All trademarks and copyrighted material referenced are property of their respective owners.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WebHead Workshop, its owners, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or relating to:
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or a product order shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
Except for the 30-day defect warranty described in Section 4, products are sold "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Our products are designed as functional novelties, cosplay props, and athletic equipment as described. They are not toys for small children, are not safety equipment, and should be used responsibly. Customers assume all risk associated with the use of our products. Pole vault tips should only be used in accordance with proper coaching and athletic regulations.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, services, or applicable law. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site or placement of new orders after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We will not retroactively change the Terms applicable to an order you have already placed.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
Before initiating any formal proceeding, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute by direct, good-faith communication. Most issues we encounter are resolved by a friendly email — please contact us first.
